Is There a MINIMUM ORDER?
We try very hard NOT to impose
minimums on orders. However, you must realize that we are not a store, we are wholesale
distributors for the textile mills. We sell in bulk at wholesale prices. Many items are case packed or bale packed by
the mills and are sold that way. Many other items are open stock or general warehouse
stock and may be sold in various quantities.
How Many Towels in a CASE or
BALE?
It varies with the size and weight of the
towel and the manufacturer.
Can I Order Directly Over the
Internet?
No, There are two main reasons we don't
accept orders over the internet:
1) We are not 100% comfortable about asking you to enter your credit card number over the
internet.
2) There are so many sizes, weights, colors, fabrics, blends, etc. We want to be sure that
you receive EXACTLY what you are looking for. We are looking for long-term

How are Shipping Charges
Calculated?
Shipping charges are by weight/zone. We
ship the lowest possible cost way using UPS, Fed Ex, etc. (unless you tell us
differently). Shipping charges (if any) are shown as a separate item on each
invoice. Delivery
Most purchases are shipped from our New
York warehouse by Fed-Ex Ground or UPS to arrive within five business days of receipt of
the order. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, items ordered together
may not arrive in the same box. Orders with destinations outside the 48 contiguous
states will be delivered by Parcel Post at our regular shipping charge, unless you request
rush delivery for an additional charge. Certain heavy or oversize items will be
repacked to meet Postal specifications.
Tax Information
We
are registered for sales tax purposes in New York State. We are
required by law to bill and collect sales tax from customers whose
orders ship to New York. In states where we are not registered,
you may be required to pay use tax directly to your state revenue
office. If your shipment should be exempt from tax, please fax
your exemption certificate to our tax department at
631-253-9603.
You are
ultimately responsible for the payment of all taxes on the sale or
